Lovely New Line.

I received an email from Forever21 this morning announcing that their new line "Forever 21 Twist" was available for sale on the website, presenting the "Cirque Collection." Some of the looks aren't even available yet on their website..very new, very exciting. I went through and picked out what I thought were the loveliest looks

1. Ruffled Tulle Petticoat, $22.80. I can't resist some fluff. Olivia and I almost named the site "The Modern Petticoat"
2. Striped Doll Dress, $24.80, I'm a sucker for stripes.
3. Ringmaster Dress, $24.80, simple little black dress with some added interest.
4. Dotted Mesh Petticoat Skirt, $22.80, I wish I had this for my birthday!
