Breakfast: two eggs fried in CO, tomato and avocado salad and a much needed coffee! (Hello, I have a newborn!).

Lunch: A sort of weird mix of ground beef sautéed in CO with tomato paste, chicken broth, frozen spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Avocado on top.

Snack: walnuts, almonds (roasted and undated) and a peach.

Dinner: ground beef fried with CO, and a red pepper cut up, and a small sweet potato with avocado on top. Used garlic and onion powder and some chili powder. A plum for desert.

Overall: so glad to be doing this…can’t wait to see/feel results. Love getting the sugar out of my system. Also, I walked a mile on treadmill tonight! Go me.
